Pricing, Orders and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional errors may occur. NUQSH reserves the right to correct pricing inaccuracies, modify prices without prior notice, or cancel orders affected by genuine pricing or technical errors.
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Orders are accepted only after successful verification and confirmation by NUQSH. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where products become unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, duplicate or reseller purchases are identified, or any other circumstance prevents us from fulfilling an order appropriately.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact customers by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled. Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery shipments may be required to use prepaid payment methods for future purchases.
Payments made through our website are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. NUQSH does not store complete debit or credit card information.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we work diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and any request will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged during transit, or the incorrect product was delivered.
Promotions and Offers
NUQSH may occasionally offer promotional discounts, limited-time campaigns, bundle offers, or discount codes. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
