NUQSH RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At NUQSH, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and an exceptional customer experience. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare products, certain conditions apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
By placing an order with NUQSH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
A product may be eligible for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund if:

The item received is damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or incorrect.

The claim is submitted within the required timeframe.

Sufficient evidence is provided for verification.

The product has not been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.
2. REPORTING A PROBLEM
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@nuqsh.co.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:

Order number

Full name used for the order

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the shipping package

Product batch number (if applicable)

A continuous unboxing video
Failure to provide requested evidence may result in the claim being declined.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, LEAKING, EXPIRED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a customer receives a product that is:

Damaged during transit
-
Defective
-
Leaking
-
Expired
-
Different from what was ordered
NUQSH will review the claim and may provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement product
-
Store credit
-
Refund via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
The final resolution method will be determined by NUQSH after reviewing the claim.
NUQSH reserves the right to replace a product instead of issuing a refund.
4. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
For claims involving:

Damaged products
-
Leaking products
-
Missing items
-
Incorrect items
-
Tampered packaging
Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed courier package is opened.
NUQSH reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is unavailable.
5. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Due to hygiene and product safety concerns, NUQSH generally does not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Personal preference
-
Product no longer wanted

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer
In exceptional circumstances, unopened and unused products may be considered for exchange within 7 days of delivery at NUQSH's sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Products with broken seals

Complimentary gifts

Promotional items

7. ALLERGIC REACTIONS & SKIN SENSITIVITY
Every individual's skin is unique and may react differently to skincare products.
Customers should perform a patch test before applying any product to larger areas of skin.
NUQSH cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type and is not responsible for reactions resulting from:

Allergies

Skin sensitivities
-
Medical conditions
-
Individual ingredient intolerance
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to personal skin reactions or dissatisfaction with results.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
As NUQSH currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be issued through:

Customers may be required to provide payment details to receive an approved refund.
9. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable except when:

The wrong item was shipped by NUQSH.

The product was verified as damaged, defective, leaking, or expired upon delivery.
10. ORDER REFUSAL & COD ABUSE
NUQSH reserves the right to restrict or refuse future orders from customers who:

Repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery orders without a valid reason.

Submit fraudulent claims.

Abuse return, exchange, or refund processes.

Engage in suspicious purchasing activity.
11. FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect both customers and the business, NUQSH reserves the right to:

Request additional evidence.

Verify claim details.

Investigate suspicious requests.

Reject claims that appear fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.
Any attempt to obtain products, refunds, or replacements through false claims may result in permanent restrictions from future purchases.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NUQSH shall not be liable for:

Consequential losses

Loss of profits

Misuse of products

Failure to follow product instructions

Individual skin reactions

Delays caused by third-party courier services
NUQSH's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
13. POLICY UPDATES
NUQSH reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the NUQSH website shall apply to all purchases.
